Since 1903 four generations of the Defanti family have managed their own premises in Lavorgo. A great tradition on the Saint Gotthard route.

Positioned in the middle of the Leventina Valley, 2 kilometres South from the motorway exit for Faido, it is an ideal resting place for tourists from the North of Europe that are traveling on down into Italy. It is also a perfect starting point for hikers and sport enthusiasts of all kinds, offering many disciplines such as bouldering, climbing and mountain biking.
The restaurant is renowned for it's creative and immaginative cuisine that goes hand in hand with tradition, location and innovation.
